The “Little Prince”Foundation together with its Friends, Zonta club,”9 months” magazine, the District Governor of St Zagora, the board of directors of Power plant station”Maritza East-2” donated medical equipment to the Home for Medico-Social Care for Children including incubators for intensive care of prematurely born babies,
pulse-oxygen meter, ultrasound.

The “Little Prince”Foundation traditionally organizes the celebrations of Easter holidays, the Child Day holidays, and Christmas.

The “Little Prince”Foundation finances education of MDs from HMSCC on topics as ‘ Early diagnostics and screening of children with damages in early childhood’, provided by professors at the New Bulgarian University.

The “Little Prince”Foundation has implemented project “Dimension”, provided by Children’s Center Strasbourg and the Red Cross of France, by:
 Establishing child rooms in the Home for Medico-Social Care for Children in    accordance with the “Vertical Group” model
 Gardening
 Gardening equipment and staff
 Pet’s corner including vet control
 The Foundation supplies HMSCC a Mercedes van to be used free of charge

The “Little Prince”Foundation finances the education of M.D.s from HMSCC on topics as ‘Inborn anomalies and specialized care’ provided by the ALA association.

The “Little Prince”Foundation is in the Central Register of Corporate bodies
as a non-profit NGO working towards social and medical equality.

The “Little Prince”Foundation finances:
 Complete reconstruction of three yards in the Home for Medico-Social Care for Children
 Complete development of psychomotoric hall in the Home for Medico-Social Care for Children
 Complete construction and constant maintenance of outdoor playgrounds and park areas around the Home for Medico-social Care for Children
 Purchases two new medical vehicles, donating them to the Home for Medico-Social Care for Children

The “Little Prince”Foundation is registered in Court’s Trade Register as an institution of social support and reliance.

The “Little Prince”Foundation becomes a co-founder of the Municipal Donation Fund Foundation in the town of Stara Zagora. Hence, the former’s chairman becomes the latter’s member to the board of directors.

In days of crisis the” Little Prince”Foundation has stood up and proved its devotion to voluntarily support the society.
During 2000-2001 the ” Little Prince “Foundation has provided the Home for Medico- Social Care for Children with 1/10 of its annual budget, in terms of donations and financial aid.

In the same time, with the creation of the ‘Kamenetz - 2’ project, the” Little Prince”Foundation aims at:
 Institutional guarantee of protection of children in high medical and social needs and conditions
 Rehabilitation of child health, both psychically and socially

In addidion, the” Little Prince” Foundation participates in the international project “Bulgarian’s Children” by financing a core of social needs that introduces Child Psychology awareness and education among the staff of HMSCC, and what is more, establishes an institutional family model for uprising children.
